Cotatcha Orchestra – Live from Plovdiv

International big band Cotatcha Orchestra brings contemporary jazz with electronic elements to Plovdiv.

Founded by award-winning trumpeter and composer Jiří Kotača, the orchestra brings together musicians from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria to perform original big band music blending different genres with modern jazz orchestration.

In Plovdiv the band will present music from their album Bigband Electronics as well as new compositions from their upcoming album.

The album was nominated for the Czech Grammy – Anděl Prize and won the Czech Jazz Harvest Prize. 

The concert is part of the Beebopcafe.TV Live Sessions series and will be streamed live online.
