Dani's Bakery, another reason to love the neighborhood around "Station Street"...

Dani's Bakery is a place inspired by people, the seasons, and nature. Nestled in the Municipal Council building, on the side of the Philip of Macedon monument, right next to the City Garden. It operates with an unconventional schedule, allowing Dani to carefully prepare desserts with specially selected ingredients that take time to make but disappear in an instant.

Don't expect the same thing every time. It's a creative process and love; there can be no schedule for them. Expect not quantities, but quality and experience.

It always smells like butter and comfort there. Her cakes are delicious and beautiful.

The bakery often hosts hygge events - embroidery, painting, cooking... Sometimes even small private gatherings.

On weekends, it occasionally welcomes guests for brunch. She also makes wonderful homemade banitsa and puff pastries with French puff pastry and Bulgarian cow's cheese (if you're lucky enough to catch them).
