Clavexperience

Clavexperience is one of Bulgaria’s most inventive musical projects — a trio that merges electronic experimentation, jazz improvisation, beatbox mastery and vocal loop artistry into a single, unmistakable sound. Based in Sofia, the group features world beatbox champion Skiller, keyboardist and synth-producer Dimitar Gorchakov, and vocalist/loop-artist Pavel Terziyski, all connected through the independent creative collective BigBanda.

Their music defies genre boundaries. Built on live looping, evolving textures and spontaneous composition, Clavexperience creates immersive soundscapes where synth lines, beatbox rhythms and vocal layers interact like moving parts of a living organism. Their shows lean heavily into improvisation, allowing each performance to become a unique moment — unpredictable, playful and emotionally charged.

The trio has earned international recognition, becoming the first Bulgarian band to perform at the jazzahead! club-night in Bremen, one of Europe’s most important jazz industry events. Their self-titled album Clavexperience (2022) highlights their stylistic range — from atmospheric pieces to rhythm-driven experimental tracks.

At the first edition of the Station Street Festival, Clavexperience delivered one of the event’s most memorable performances, proving why they are seen as pioneers on the Bulgarian electro-improvisational scene. With bold artistry and uncompromising energy, they continue to push the boundaries of what live electronic music can be.
